Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. His master’s thesis, written under the supervision of Supreme Court judge Prof. Krzysztof Pietrzykowski, concerned civil law – the methods of establishing separate ownership of premises. He received a scholarship from the University of Vienna. Before establishing his own law firm, he gained professional experience in a renowned international law firm and in leading national law firms.

In his professional practice, he focuses on civil and commercial law, with particular emphasis on bankruptcy law and real estate proceedings. Advocate in numerous court, administrative, and court-administrative proceedings. He is a defence counsel in criminal and penal-fiscal cases.
